International Motor Efficiency Standard for Senlima Fast Gate Motor




 
低压三相异步电机想采用的是国际效率等级系统。该系统的应用,使得世界范围内的各级效率规范得到更好的统一。


Low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor would like to use the international efficiency level system. With the application of this system, the efficiency standards at all levels in the world are better unified.


国际电工委员会(IEC)标准IEC/EN 60034-30:2008明确规定了单速三相50&60HZ感应电机的能效(IE规范)等级。


The IEC standard IEC/EN 60034-30:2008 specifies the energy efficiency (IE) level of single-speed three-phase 50-60HZ induction motors.


该标准有助于将电机测试规程及效率和产品标签要求统一起来,使全球电机购买商能够容易识别高效率电机产品


This standard helps to unify motor testing procedures and efficiency and product labeling requirements so that global motor buyers can easily identify high efficiency motor products.


IEC/CN 60034-2-1:2007指定的测试方法的基础上得出的。


Based on the test methods specified in IEC/CN 60034-2-1:2007.


为提高市场透明度,IEC 60034-30规定,电机铭牌和产品文件中必须注明效率级别及效率值。


In order to improve market transparency, IEC 60034-30 stipulates that motor nameplates and product documents must indicate efficiency level and efficiency value.


由于效率测试方法不同,产生的结果也会不同,因此,文件中必须清楚注明所使用的效率测试方法。


Because the efficiency test methods are different, the results will be different, so the efficiency test methods used must be clearly indicated in the document.

International Motor Efficiency Standard for Senlima Fast Gate Motor


IEC/EN 60034-2-1:2007


新标准IEC/EN 60034-2-1于2007年9月开始实施,它提出了用于确定损耗和效率的测试方法相关的新法规。


The new standard IEC/EN 60034-2-1 came into effect in September 2007. It proposed new regulations related to testing methods for determining loss and efficiency.


它提供两种确定效率的方法:直接法和间接法。在使用间接方法时,新标准制定下列参数用于确定效率:


 It provides two methods to determine efficiency: direct method and indirect method. When using indirect methods, the new standard sets the following parameters for determining efficiency:

 Reference temperature

Three options for determining PLL (additional load loss): measurement, estimation and mathematical calculation.


由此所得的效率值与以前的IEC测试标准(IEC 60034-2:1996)所获取的数值不同。务必注意只有在使用同一种方法测量时,效率值才有可比性。                                                                                


The efficiency values obtained are different from those obtained by previous IEC test standards (IEC 60034-2:1996). It is important to note that only when the same method is used for measurement can the efficiency values be comparable.


IEC/EN 60034-30:2008确定了单速、三相、鼠笼感应电机的三个国际效率(IE)效率等级。

IEC/EN 60034-30:2008 determines three international efficiency levels of single-speed, three-phase and squirrel cage induction motors.


- IE1= 标准效率(之前欧洲分级方案中的EFF2)


- IE1 = Standard Efficiency (EFF2 in the previous European Classification Scheme)


- IE2= 高效率(老版欧洲分级方案中的EFF1,与美国的EPAct相同(60HZ))


- IE2 = High Efficiency (EFF1 in the Old European Classification Scheme, the same as EPAct in the United States (60HZ))

IEC/EN60034-30定义的效率水平基于IEC/EN60034-2-1:2007中指定的测试方法。


The efficiency level defined by IEC/EN60034-30 is based on the test methods specified in IEC/EN60034-2-1:2007.


与CEMEP协议中的旧效率等级相比,扩大了范围。


Compared with the old efficiency level in CEMEEP protocol, it enlarges the scope.

IEC/EN60034-30 covers almost all motors (e.g. standard motors, dangerous environments, marine motors, brake motors)

- Working system type S1 (continuous working system) or S3 (intermittent cycle working system), rated cycle duration factor is 80% or higher.

- It can be started directly.


IEC 60034-30中不包括下列电机:


IEC 60034-30 does not include the following motors:


- 仅用于变频器操作的电机


- Motor for frequency converter operation only


-  完全集成到机器,无法独立于机器进行测试的森力玛快速门电机(例如,泵、风扇和压缩机)


- Fully integrated into the machine and unable to test independently of the machine, the Senlima Fast Gate Motor (e.g., pumps, fans and compressors)
